Dow Jones still bearish until -89.25 in mid of the day.
I’m affraid, that tommorow will be a “black day” again.

In the 2nd day, I found a several mistakes in my simulation method.

1. Yesterday, I “bought” a  stocks in LAST price….it should in OFFER price, not LAST price.
2. Close price is not always will be Opening price…so I can’t assume that I can sell my stocks in early on the morning at last day close price.

So, I just made some correction in my report file.

Evaluation for my trade simulation,
today I enter the market in the morning to sell all of my stocks.
Why ?
because the night before I saw Dow Jones was “DROP”

But, I think I made a mistakes….I think I should keep my TLKM, because I’m sure it will be rebound !!
let’s see….

I enter market again at 15.00
and I must bought some stocks today… (I have sell everything)
My choice is MINING Sector.
Because in this situation, I’m sure, that the price is discounted.

So I buy for ANTM 2 lot and BUMI 2 lot.

I think I made a wrong decision again.

My mentor said , I should buy some FINANCE sector…like BMRI, the discount was so YUMMY !!!
But I dont have money until I sell some of my ENERGY Stocks.

My plan now, if BUMI tommorow can make me a little profit, I will sell it 1 lot, and go to BMRI….it’s so YUMMY.
I will hold ANTM as my mentor suggested. He said that it can reach 5000 !!

Sorry,
this morning I close TLKM and BBCA at the wrong price.
This day, BBCA is open with price 7100 (not 7200 as I reported before) and TLKM at  11250 (not 11.600 as  I reported before).

so, I was LOST about -1.73% !!

I enter the market at the evening, at 15.00
I bought ANTM 2 lot at offer price 3900 and BUMI 2 lot at offer price 5100

Let’s see tommorow result….what will happen.

Why I choose those emiten today ?

Because, with oil price high like now, and bearish market like today (IHSG -2%),
I think, the price was cheap for energy company.
I hope energy company will not affected in this global economy recession (because of oil price increased)

Last Night Dow Jones Index going down -258.41 (when I checked).
This morning, when I check bloomberg.com, NIKKEI index going down to -317.04

It’s indicate that IHSG will going down today….

so….I close all my position in earlier market open.

I close TLKM at 11.600 (opening price)
I close BBCA at 7.200 (opening price)

So, minus brokerage fee, I still have margin Rp. 43.700 or 0.44% margin.

not bad for the first experience.

I will enter into stocks market again when the market almost close this day.
So I will got the stocks in discount price……

I think I was make a wrong decision to bought BBCA (Bank BCA) stocks.
So, what make me bought BBCA ? I want to share with you.

I start my 1st simulation day with NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL.
This morning, when I open my HOTS program (from etrading.co.id) , I have no idea, which stocks must I buy ??

I try to send a SMS to my mentor Yonathan…he didn’t answer yet.
I know, maybe he still busy in the morning……,
So, I open the program, and try every features that HOTS had.
I open for the candle stick chart, sight seeing in severals emiten I known, like TLKM, BBCA, INCO, etc.
I look into TLKM, and I look into the chart, and that time the chart show me that the price  for TLKM was 11.350, and is cheap (my opinion), and I thought it will rise soon.
So, I bought for 1 lot, for total “money” Rp. 5.675.000……

I still “have” Rp. 4.325.000 to be invested in stocks market,
so I search another stocks that pretty look….
Remember, I didnt have any experience in stocks market….
I click and click again the program….and go to News - Rumors section.
And I found an analysis for rumors in Finance Sector.
“BBCA (7.450) - BUY : Setelah sempat mengalami minor koreksi, berpeluang kembali melanjutkan up trend dan mencoba menembus level 7.800. MACD dan Parabolic memberi peluang up trend akan berlanjut”
I try to look the chart…..and now the price for BBCA is only Rp. 7.350, so it’s CHEAP !! I thought….

So, I bought BBCA for 1 lot at total Rp. 3.650.000

what happen later ??

TLKM going up into 11.700…but, I didn’t sell yet yet.
BBCA going down into 7.150, and close at 7.250, but I didn’t sell it yet

It means, that the rumors what wrong !!!
Why ??

I call my mentor Mr. Yonathan….and he said to me…that the rumors issued by broker is just TECHNICAL ANALYSIS.
And NEVER AGREE WITH TECHNICAL ANALYSIS, UNLESS YOU HAVE A GOOD FUNDAMENTAL ANALYSIS

Okay….I got the point…..

So I must learn much more about Fundamental Analysis.

what will I do this morning ? (I write this post at 8 November 2007 1.34 AM)
Now, I look into bloomberg.com
And sadly….I found Dow Jones going down -258.41
So, it indicate that IHSG will be bearish tommorow.
so, tommorow morning, I will sell all of my stocks at the morning (when the market open).
And than buy again in the evening, when the market will be closed. I think the stocks will be discount at that moment.

As a mentioned yesterday, I try online trading system in http://www.etrading.co.id
You can register, and get your username, without any money invested.
You can get the “REALTIME” data,
But you cannot make a transaction unless you open an account with initial deposit for 10 million rupiahs.

I start my simulation today,
I have “bought” TLKM (Telkom) for 1 lot @ 11.350 and BBCA (Bank BCA) 1 lot @ 7.300

I will sell TLKM if it going up until 11.850 , and sell BBCA if it going up until 7.500
Approx profit targeted 3.44%

Now (when I write this post) TLKM position is in 11.450 (profit), and BBCA in 7.250 (loss).

It’s not about correct decision or not, it’s about EXPERIENCE. And I didn’t invest my money yet….just SIMULATION.

Let see, if my decision is correct or not……but I dont think so

As I said in About Me page, I have a plan to start my investment experience in stocks market (JSX).
I have decided that I will make minimum 10% profit from stock market.
My plan is : 10% gain per month with target 3% per day.

Why 10% ?

Because if I use my credit card as source of my fund, I can still paid the interest (approx 3% per month), so I still have margin 7% per month….not bad.
And if I failed to make margin minimum 3% per month, I only loss for 3% interest.
Credit Card interest is the highest interest, so if I have another source of fund, the interest will be decreased.

How much will I invest for the first time ?
10 Million.
Why ?
If my plan fail in worst case ( less than 3% a month ), I still can pay Rp. 300.000 (3% from 10 million) from my own pocket. So, it safe for me.

Why I choose credit card for my source of fund ?
because it is the simpler way to have credit….
or maybe you have a standby money to be debted to me with lower interest ? he.h.e.he.h.e..just contact me :))

How can I have fund from my credit card ?
I will turn it into cash in my friend who have a credit card machine(his name is Budi, he has a repair station in Kutisari) . And he will give me the cash money minus 3% as administration fee from the bank.
When the bill come, I use another credit card to pay it, turn it into cash with the same way and pay 3% again as the administration fee. So I can say that 3% is interest per month which I must pay, no excuse whether your investment plan success or not !!

Can I start with 10 million rupiahs ?
I have found online broker in internet, which we can open an account with 10 million rupiahs as the first deposit. I will use http://www.etrading.co.id

For fundamental analysis I will use http://www.rti.co.id as news and data profider.

And I will guided by my best friend, Yonathan.
He introduce me into the stocks market a couples month ago, I believe in him, because he is an investor too and he has better fundamental analysis skill than me.

I will report in this blog all of my activities in stocks market, so we can learn together.

For the first step, maybe I will start with simulation, without any money.
Start from tomorrow, I must simulate if I have 10 millions fund to be invested in stocks market, which stocks will I buy.
I plan to have simulation for a month before I realize my plan.
